Professor Naomi Morrissette successfully secured a GAANN Graduate Fellowship award for Training in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry (US Department of Education’s Graduate Assistance in Areas of National Need program).  These funds will go to support 6 PhD student fellowships plus 1 additional spot from Grad Division each year.   Check out the GAANN awards: https://www2.ed.gov/programs/gaann/index.html
