Splenic T cells from wildtype or p85b deficient mice were either purified directly ex vivo (termed unstimulated) or stimulated with 2mg/ml of soluble anti-CD3 (clone 2C11) and 50 u/ml of IL-2 for 60 hours. Live T cells were purified from the other splenocytes at the end of stimulation, and mRNA was harvested for microarray analysis, all described more fully in Materials and Methods of the published manuscript. The data contained in the .xls file are d-CHIP filtered values (www.dchip.org) of 12Affymetrix Murine Genome U74Av2 GeneChips.
