Microarray Data

Experiment:
Spleen B cells from wildtype Balb/c or Xid mice heterozygous for Btk transgene on Balb/c background were stimulated in vitro with anti-IgM F(ab')2 for 2hr and 12hr. Wildtype B cells were also stimulated with anti-IgM in the presence PI3K inhibitor LY294002. For detail in material and methods, please see the published manuscript.
